324 boarding CMA CGM Benjamin Franklin 9.6.2019

Some circles occurred on this trip, smaller ones, like in Armenia, (going to and fro Karabach), in Iran (Tabriz – Umrieh and back), KL-Ipoh-KL, the Hongkong loop and Taichung -Taipei – Taichung. And the big ones between Melbourne-Sydney and finally between Singapore and KL. But the big, big circle will only be closed in Vienna, where I started going South-East and will come back from the West in July

Well, a last time packing luggage in Singapore, a driver picked me up and drove to another hotel for a French couple who also came on board of B. Franklin. They had gone to Panama, Japan, Korea, Singapore and all in all, it was a 5-month expedition, sometimes 35 days in a row on a ship.

This, for all of us the last, ship is very big, 399,2m long, 54m wide and 70m high, built in 2015 to optimize fuel consumption and impact on environment. For me, the environment is great, it is the largest room of all four vessels (Columba, Georgia, Puccini, B.Franklin).
